Really nice, original product. Exactly as shown in pictures. Has resistance bands which can be used in multiple ways: sitting, standing, sideways. Holders are not heavy at all and are like wheels which rotate when you pull the bands. Length of bands is adjustable in 4 levels. Good purchase for those looking to strengthen their core muscles. Came with bag and picture display of ways to use it. Tutorial videos of revoflex are also available on YouTube.
